How to order

The product groups are listed in the main menu. Position your mouse on the text and a drop down menu will appear with the product categories sold on this website. Click on the item you are interested into see the product overview, including a photo, name, price, and a brief description for each product. From this screen, you can add any product you are interested in directly to your cart by clicking “Buy Now,” or, by clicking “Compare,” you can compare products you are interested in.

Click on the product image or on “View” to access a detailed data sheet containing further information, including the product description, photos and/or videos, features, and accessories.

Once inside the product data page, to purchase the product indicate the quantity in the appropriate field and click on the “Cart” button: the product will be placed in your shopping cart.

This does not mean that you are committed to a purchase: if you do not complete the process, the purchase will not take place.

The Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart contains the products you have decided to purchase.

If you have not inserted products into the shopping cart by clicking on the “Cart” button, your cart will remain empty.

If you have added products and you want to continue with your purchase, you can still remove products from your cart by clicking on the scissors symbol and then on the “Refresh Cart” button or you can modify the number of products you wish to purchase by changing the number in the field “Quantity” and the pressing on the “Refresh Cart” button.

Clicking on the “Shipping Cost” button, you can attain a preview of the shipping costs of your purchase.

Click on the “Buy” button at the bottom of the page to proceed.

Personal Information
To complete your purchase, enter your personal information. Follow the instructions on the page with regards to filling out the required fields or the processing of your personal information.

Click on the “Buy” button at the bottom of the page to proceed.

Confirm Information
The page that is now displayed shows the information you entered. If you notice any errors go back and correct them by clicking on the button at the bottom left of the page, “Go back.”

If your information is correct, you can continue by clicking on the “Buy” button on the bottom right of the page. This will allow you to make your final purchase.

Confirm Your Purchase
To finalize the payment, you will be directed to the PayPal site in order to insert your confidential personal data securely. Print a copy of your order and keep it for your records.

You will also receive a summary of the information provided during the purchasing process to the email address you provided.

Order Status
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and, once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to the shipment tracking page.



To ensure the maximum security for its customers, Polti relies on PayPal’s experience for the management of all transactions.

The SSL security (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard protocol for money transactions on the Internet around the world, guarantees the security of all payment procedures and prevents anyone from acquiring your confidential data.

When entering your data, the safety procedure is activated automatically, making it impossible to access them. From this moment on, the active relationship is exclusively between you and PayPal. In fact, for greater security the bank manages the entire procedure.

On PayPal’s website, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (no registration required)
  • PayPal (a PayPal account is required)
    By completing this procedure on the site, you authorize Polti to charge the total amount of the order, including shipping costs, to your credit card or account.


Shipment and Delivery


We use Fedex or UPS to deliver your orders, you can expect your package between 3 and 10 business days from when you placed your order on our website.

If you don’t receive your tracking number via email you can contact us at our call center 1-888-99-POLTI (1-888-997-6584) Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm EST

Please note that at the moment we only deliver to the contiguous United States


For orders of product and accessories below $100 delivery is charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Shipping costs include home delivery charge, packaging and administration fee.

Most orders received Monday to Friday before 2.00pm will be dispatched for delivery within 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally during busy periods, it may take an extra day for orders to be dispatched.

If any item is out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as the item is received by Polti USA.

If any item you order is not in stock, or a delay is expected, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

If you miss your delivery a card will be left at the address designated for delivery. You can arrange for re-delivery or to pick up your delivery at your local FedEx depot.



Connect to the courier’s website and enter the tracking number that you will receive via email confirming the shipment: you can track every stage of the shipment.


Shipping Address

You will be asked for the information necessary to compete the shipment. Your information will be handled in full compliance with all applicable privacy laws.

You will have the possibility to ship your purchases to an address different from your home address: this option can be particularly useful if you prefer to receive the shipment at your office or to send private or corporate gifts.

If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, you will not be asked to enter the same information twice.

Note: If no one is available at your home or office to receive the package, the delivery will not be completed and the shipment will be delayed.

Always describe your preferences for delivery in the appropriate field, and if possible include a telephone number (preferably a cell phone) at which you can be reached if necessary.



Regardless of the shipment method chosen, the products you have purchased will be packed with great care directly by our staff to ensure they arrive at their destination undamaged.


Damages and Tampering

If the package has been damaged or shows signs of tampering, please refuse the delivery. If you discover that the contents are damaged, you must report it to our customer service department within 5 days following the date of delivery.

Any comments and feedback will be welcome and will assist us in offering an ever-improving service.


Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 30 days. Please contact our call center and they will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for the return:

The return needs to be shipped in its original packaging. Once we receive your return you can expect to receive a refund within 3 days on the card you used for your purchase.
